Outdoor Challenge #19-Seed Germinator
Challenge #19 was to germinate seeds. I bought some seeds and the kids and I picked the ones we wanted to try. I picked geraniums and both of the children picked african daisies. We followed the instructions given at the PBS website and look forward to what will come of it.

ReplyDeleteMy husband mail-ordered three raspberries plants from a nursery. But if you know anyone with existing raspberries, they send up shoots like crazy, and it is easy to go dig up a few shoots. Believe me, they won't miss them. Try posting on Freecycle, or on a local plant exchange.

Hmm, I never even thought of checking Freecycle or a local plant exchange. I don't even know if we have a local plant exchange. Off to do some research. Thanks!
