    I'm looking forward to the enchilada bake recipe! I really need to start posting my menus again, I've been letting myself get too distracted.

    Hi Yolanda, I've enjoyed your blog. The menu sounds good and simple. I always love finding out what other people are making. It gives me new ideas. I've never made enchildas. I also enjoy lapbooks and my garden well, that's a work in progress, I'll check back to see how yours is doing.
