My LYS (Local Yarn Shop) hosts a knitting night on Thursdays. Yesterday was my second time being able to attend and what a blast these ladies are. Currently most of the women are working on a sweater knit along. I've opted out since right now I'm working on a doll (pictured below) and soon I'll be working on a birthday cake hat for my niece.

Here is a picture of the knit shop dog, Rosie. Here she is trying to get a piece of cheese from one of the ladies and what I wish you could have seen is her begging for food by tapping her paw on the
lady's arm. Too funny!

Last night I found out that one of the girls is vegetarian. When I asked her reason she said "Because I believe God is in everything". Sounds like a perfect ice breaker to me! Keep me in prayer as I prepare to be sensitive to the
leadings of the Holy Spirit in regards to this matter.
Happy Knitting!

You've got it. I love the 'international reach' of prayers... don't you?
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you. :)
Looks like fun.
ReplyDeleteToby, our dog, loves cheese too.
We'll keep you in our prayers.
