Happy New Year!!!
It is officially the new year. It's not midnight where I live but since "the evening and the morning was the first day" I ushered in the New Year at sunset. Every year we have communion service on New Years Eve. Tonight's service was powerful. I can't remember the last time that I sang like I did tonight. There is Power in the Blood!!
I was taking pictures of the Elder's ordination at the beginning of the service and wound up getting my picture taken. How funny is that. I am rarely ever in pictures since I am always the one doing the picture taking.
Well, I've already had my glass of bubbly (apple cider) and am off to bed. Goodnight and Happy New Year!!!

A wonderful way to celebrate. We were in church also and had a great time rejoicing in the road traveled and yet things to come. May you have a blessed New Year!
ReplyDeleteWe spent New Year's Eve with our church family. We had service, a huge potluck, then went to the gym for human fooseball, laser tag, board games, lots more fun. It was great fun!
